Bhopal: A traffic safety campaign was organised jointly in the State capital on Thursday, March 31, 2022, by the Department of Sociology and Social Work of the Institute for Excellence in Higher Education, Bhopal and Bhopal District Traffic Police.

Under this campaign, organised especially to convey to the citizens the message of “Helmet your safety” , many students of the Institute of Excellence, stood with banners at Chuna Bhatti-Kolar Road junction braving the temperature right through the afternoon along with traffic police personnel, including the women police, to motivate the citizens to follow traffic rules.

Such events will reduce the fear of the police among the people. This was stated by a citizen when asked to share his views about this campaign.
