Maj Gen Goverdhan Singh Jamwal, former Jammu and Kashmir Legislator and Military Secretary to the President of India, has shared an incisive facebook post by Manu Khajuria Singh on Kashmir Files and a lot more linked with the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits, Hindus and Sikhs when India was divided to create Pakistan on communal lines.
Manu Khajuria Singh is a freelance writer, who specially focuses on Jammu and Kashmir and Dogras. She writes:

“It would be a lie if I said I am shocked or numb. I am a Dogra from Jammu Kashmir. We know. We have always known. I am just so relieved that now you also know.“
“We knew in 1931 when Sheikh Abdullah who had received higher education because of Maharaja Hari Singh’s scholarship stood on the pulpits of a Mosque and shouted Quit Kashmir targeting Dogras & the Hindu Dogra rule.”
“We knew because in 1947 the entire POJ (Mirpur, Kotli, Bhimber to Muzzafarabad belt) was annihilated of its Hindus & Sikhs. Women jumping into Kishenganga river after throwing their children first. Thousands were killed, women abducted, raped & sold by Pakistanis.”
