Bhopal: Shubham Agarwal, who has recently cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination and made it into the Indian Police Service (IPS) told the students of Institute of Excellence in Higher Education (IEHE) on Saturday 11 December to dream big and said they should make every effort to fulfill their dreams. Only then their dreams will come true.

An alumnus of IEHE, Agarwal was addressing the inaugural session of the Foundation Course on Civil Services Training Program organised by the Professional Qualification Cell of the Institute of Excellence in the State capital.

Passing the UPSC Civil Services Examination is easy but it is possible only with attitude, dedication and positive thinking, Agarwal said adding one can accomplish  even the most difficult tasks with ease. He also went on to observe that failure lowers the morale but one should not get demoralised or discouraged by failure and everyone should try again and work hard to achieve success. He said from his own experience that he too had been through failures but his family and friends always boosted his morale and did not allow his confidence to go down.

IEHE Director Dr. Pragyesh Agarwal also addressed the students and said more and more students in the coming years will fulfill the objectives of the institute.

Dr. Kalpana Mullick and Dr. Ruchira Choudhary were also present on the occasion. The vote of thanks was given by Dr. Mullick.
