Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday paid rich tributes to Sikh Guru Tegh Bahadur on his ‘Shaheedi Diwas’ and recalled his vision for a just and inclusive society.

Tell your children, your grand children, and everyone about Guru ji and his divine life, all that he lived for, how he sacrificed his life for the cause of his religion and his eternal message to humanity. With folded hands, while offering my prayers, I bow with complete reverence to commemorate and honour the 9th Sikh Guru Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji on his Shaheedi Diwas.
