Washington DC: US President Donald Trump will not be declaring victory immediately after the presidential polls on Tuesday, instead, he is getting ready for a legal battle against counting of votes beyond Election Day.
Trump has questioned Supreme Court’s rulings that would let North Carolina and Pennsylvania to count absentee ballots postmarked before Election Day but were to arrive after polling Day.
