New Delhi: In an online programme on zoom platform, New Delhi YMCA paid tributes to Delhi Police for its work during the Covid-19 epidemic in the Capital. Five singers belted popular Bollywood hits to entertain the audience.

Besides several police personnel from different districts of Delhi, the DCP New Delhi and PRO Eish Singhal attend the programme on Zoom platform.

The idea of the tribute emerged from Delhi Police’s assistance to New Delhi YMCA during food distribution programme to migrant in the early days of the pandemic.  It  had been distributing 1000 food packets daily to migrants with the full cooperation of Delhi Police under the guidance of Dr Singhal.

Singhal complimented  the organisers for the novel way in presenting tributes to Delhi Police. “We are indeed grateful to New Delhi YMCA and look forward to more such ventures from them ..

A popular Bollywood singer  Reginald Vijay Milton, Systems Manager in YMCA, his son Shawn and Shannon, Delhi Police constable Rajat Rathor also entertained the audience stretching across India and abroad with his tuneful music.
