Ms. Vasudha Mishra, IAS (TG:87),Special Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare as Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Department of Personnel & Training in the
rank and pay of Secretary to Government of India by temporarily upgrading the post.
Rakesh Sarwal, IAS (TR:88), Additional Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development as Additional Secretary, NITI Aayog.
S. Kishore, IAS (WB:89), presently in the Cadre, as Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset management, Ministry of Finance to Tarun Bajaj, lAS (HY:88), Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance with immediate effect and till 17 May 2020 during the period of absence on leave of Tuhin Kanta Pandey, lAS (OR:87).

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanelment of officers for promotion to the grade of Additional Chief Adviser (Cost) in Indian Cost Accounts Service in Level 16 of the Pay Matrix (Rs.205400-224400/-) for the panel year 2020.
Necessary communication in this regard has been sent to the Department of Expenditure.

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal for appointment of Dipak Kumar Gupta, IRS (C&CE:1995) to the post of Secretary (JS Level) in the Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI) in Level 14 of the Pay Matrix, on deputation basis, for a period of three years with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Necessary communication in this regard has been sent to the Department of Border Management.
