MP, UAE agree for a Student Exchange Programme

London: Madhya Pradesh Minister for Higher Education Jitu Patwari today, 18 September 2019, held a detailed discussion with Head of the Curriculum Development Hayley Holuj and Lewis Hall of the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Education to explore the possibility of starting a Student Exchange Programme between MP and UAE.

Patwari attended a meeting with academicians from different countries at the Centre for Mathematics at Cambridge University here. He discussed the possibilities of digital learning and teaching and underlined that classroom teaching and learning can be improved with better use of technology.

Lewis Hall of the United Arab Emirates said both countries will benefit from the Student Exchange Programme.

The Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Minister said that all possible innovations will be made to promote qualitative and employment oriented education in Madhya Pradesh and to strengthen teaching work in educational institutions. He said that the student exchange programme will not only introduce students to the rich culture of both countries but will also help in strengthening national unity and brotherhood.

State Commissioner Higher Education Raghavendra Singh and Chairman of Madhya Pradesh Private University Regulatory Commission MS Parihar were present.
