Bhopal: The general invitees and more particularly journalists were witness to extreme chaos at Raj Bhawan entrance before the swearing-in of the State Cabinet today.
What has defied imagination is the total lack of concern shown by the concerned authorities in issuing parking passes to the journalists to cover the oath taking ceremony.. While the special parking area within Raj Bahwan and old Assembly premises was reserved for the “VIPS”, who were given red and green passes, the journalists, who were given white passes were dealt with most crudely. They were pushed around and ordered by the cops manning the barricades to park their vehicles at the makeshift parking bay at MVM college. Directions were not issued in advance for movement of vehicles and as a result people kept navigating through endless chaos on the roads leading to the Raj Bhawan.
