Karnataka election throws up alliance between bêtes noires
Bengaluru: Post result developments in Karnataka have proved that any alliance is possible for power as in democracy number is the determining factor. JDS supremo HD Deve Gowda has accepted the offer of Congress and Kumaraswamy has staked his claim to form the next government. Siddaramaiah and Kumaraswamy gave a statement in this regard at a joint press conference here. Goa experiment has been now effectively used by Congress and JDS. Ball is in the court of the State Governor, who has also received the claim to form a government from senior BJP leader and former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa. The voter is keeping his fingers crossed and looking towards the Rajbhawan.
