Delhi CS seeks police action: Kejriwal, Sisodia, others accused of conspiracy, criminal intimidation
New Delhi : Chief Secretary of Delhi Anshu Prakash today named Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia, MLA Amanatullah khan and others in a complaint lodged with the Deputy Commissioner of Police alleging that he was called for a meeting convened by the chief minister at 12 o’clock during the intervening night of 19 and 20 February to discuss why there had been a delay in releasing advertisements to mark the completion of three years of the current Delhi Government. Midway during discussions, the MLAs pounced on the chief secretary and with outing any provocation started assaulting and hitting him.
The chief secretary, in his complaint, has asked the police to take action under the law against all present in he room. He has accused them of conspiracy and charged them of criminal intimidation and causing hurt with the motive to deter him from discharge of his official duties.
