New Delhi: The Congress today released the list of its nominees for Rajya Sabha biennial elections.

Prominent among those declared as Congress candidates for elections to the Upper House of Parliament are former Union Ministers Kapil Sibal , P. Chidambaram,  Jairam Ramesh and senior Supreme Court lawyer Vivek Tankha.
