New Delhi: What comes as a relief for ousted Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat, who faces a floor test in the State Assembly tomorrow is the Supreme Court decision today to reject the applications filed by nine dissident Congress MLAs of Uttarakhand to participate in the floor test.
A division bench of the apex court presided by Justice Dipak Misra and comprising Justice Shiva Kriti Singh, refused to interfere with the Uttarakhand High Court order which bars the rebel MLAs from participating in tomorrow’s floor test.
