Lahore: At least 60 persons, most of them women and children are reported killed and at least 200 others have been injured in a powerful blast at a park here this evening. The casualty is expected to rise.

The Gulshan-e-Iqbal park in this prominent Pak city was the target of attack, where a huge crowd was present -today being a Sunday. No group has immediately come forward to claim responsibility for this blast. It has to be investigated whether it was triggered by an explosive device or was the handiwork of a suicide bomber.
