Manipur: Terrorists ambushed an army convoy and killed 20 armymen and injured at least a dozen others from 6 Dogra Regiment in Manipur’s Chandel district on Thursday morning.
A number of terrorists were also killed in retaliatory fire.
The terrorists attacked the army convoy near Moltuk on the Indo-Myanmar border. They used heavy firepower and targetted the convoy withrocket propelled grenades and improvised explosive devices (IED). More than a dozen soldiers, who survived the attack were airlifted and taken to manipur hospital for treatment.
