Kabul: At last five persons were killed and more than forty others were wounded in a huge explosion in the parking area of the Afghan Ministry of Justice when offices were closing and the officers were leaving for home.

Tuesday’s attack is being viewed as a fresh wave of offensive by the Afghan Taliban.
