New Delhi: Kritika Batra, IAS(JK:13) has been transferred from Jammu & Kashmir cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on the grounds of marriage to Himanshu Shukla, IAS(AP:13) with the concurrence of the Government of Jammu & Kashmir and Government of Andhra Pradesh, sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.
U.K. Tiwari has been posted as Director Defence in the Ministry of Defence
K.S. Panchpal, Deputy Secretary (ad-hoc) on return from leave has been posted as Deputy Secretary Panchayati Raj.
