New Delhi: Sanjay Kumar Jain, Commissioner of Income Tax, last week (February 26) was posted as CIT (OSD) (CW) in the office of Principal CCIT (CCA), Delhi Region with effect from February 12, the date of reporting back to the Board on return from study leave. The present posting will be till his further formal posting.

On return from deputation, Syed Nasir Ali and Sanjay Kumar have been posted as CIT (OSD) (CW) in the Principal CCIT (CCA) Region on their return from deputation and reporting back to CBDT by February 20. Sanjay Kumar, CIT, will look after the winding up process in Tax Administration Reform Commission (TARC) till March 20, 2015.

As few officers in the grade of CCsIT/ DGsIT have retired on superannuation on February 28, U.S. SAKSENA, CCIT (C), Delhi will hold additional charge of PR. CCIT (CCA) in Delhi in place of Ralte Lal Rinawma. The charge of CCIT-II Delhi which was also with Rinawma will be held by Subhash Mehra, CCIT-V,Delhi. KC Jain, DGIT (L&R), delhi will hold additional charge of DGIT (Logistics), a post held till now by Ashwani Kumar Mehta. The charge of CCIT-I Bhopal and additional charge of CCIT Raipur will be held by Vinod Kumar mathur, CCIT Indore on Retirement of V.K. Mishra.

Government of India issue orders on February 23, 2015 accepting the resignation of Ms.Sumedha Verma (IRS-92032), Addl. Commissioner of Income Tax, New Delhi from Central Government Service with retrospect effect from May 27, 2014.
