Nipun Vinayak goes from Cabinet Secretariat to Drinking Water and Sanitation Ministry

New Delhi, Feb. 3: Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India today issued an order laterally transferring Nipun Vinayak, IAS (MH:2001), deputy secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat to the Ministry of Drinking water and sanitation for thebalance period of his Central deputation that would come to an end on March 25, 2016.
